About EarthingTek

A specialist factory for one product family.

We do not make everything. We make conductive textiles and the hardware that connects them to the earth — and we have organised the whole company around getting that one thing right.

The company

Started in 2024. Built around a narrow question.

Why does so much grounding bedding fail in the second year — not the first week? The answer is usually the same: a printed conductive layer, a seam that breaks the path, or a cord with no resistor in it. EarthingTek was set up to build the version that does not do that.

We are based in Minhou, Fujian, with a team of more than fifty people across conductive fabric processing, cut-and-sew, hardware assembly and quality control. Our output is deliberately narrow: fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets, mats, socks, pet beds, raw conductive fabric and the grounding accessories that make them usable.

Most of our customers are brands, not consumers. That shapes everything — the documentation, the sampling discipline, the willingness to say “that specification will not survive bulk production”.

Capability

What actually happens inside.

Four operations, in sequence, under one quality system — which is why the conductive path does not get lost between suppliers.

Fabric processing

Conductive cloth handling, cutting and panel preparation, with the silver grid orientation controlled at the cutting stage.

Cut & sew

Industrial sewing for fitted sheets with elasticated corners, flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets and pet beds.

Hardware assembly

Snap tabs set into the conductive layer, coil cords with 100 kΩ resistors, and adapters matched to the destination market.

QC & packing

Five documented inspection points, retail packing, carton marking and the export documentation pack.

How we work

Three habits that shape every order.

01

Narrow, not broad

We only make grounding textiles. That means the answer to “can you also do backpacks?” is no — and the answer to “will this seam stay conductive after forty washes?” is a tested one.

02

Honest quoting

We would rather lose an order than quote a price that cannot be produced. If your target cost requires a construction that will fail, we say so before sampling, not after the deposit.

03

Paperwork first

Certificates, composition and specifications are treated as part of the product. A buyer who has to chase documents for three weeks remembers it longer than they remember the price.

Where we are

Minhou, Fujian — and a port 40 minutes away.

Fujian is China's textile and home-textile belt. Being inside that supply base is why we can source organic cotton, silver yarn and hardware without three-week gaps between suppliers.

Working together

Start with the material, not the catalogue.

Ask for a swatch of the 95/5 and the 80/20 side by side. It is the fastest way to understand what you would be selling — and what your competitor is not.
