80/20 High-Density Grounding Series
Four times the silver of our standard cloth, in the same soft plain weave. 80% organic cotton carries a 20% pure silver lattice across the full panel — engineered for brands that need lower surface resistance as a claim they can defend, not a mood line on a box.
Samples are built to your size and colour, with the plug standard for your market. Specification sheet and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 documentation supplied with the quotation.

What 20% silver actually changes
- Lower surface resistance. A denser lattice gives more parallel conductive paths, so contact holds up across the whole panel — including stretched corners and pressure points.
- Faster charge equalisation. More conductive surface means the body's charge dissipates more evenly rather than through a few silver stripes.
- A claim you can put on pack. “20% pure silver” is a hard, verifiable number — stronger than vague “silver-infused” language competitors use.
- Same hand feel. Because the cotton still dominates the face, it sleeps like cotton rather than like a technical laminate.
Note on sourcing: our standard 95/5 cloth remains in production for volume programmes. Many buyers run 80/20 as the premium tier and 95/5 as the opening price point — same cord, same packaging system, two price levels.
Where the silver sits
Cheap grounding textiles print or coat a conductive ink onto a finished fabric. It looks right on the shelf and fails in the wash. We weave silver yarn into the cloth itself, on a grid that runs the full width of the panel.
- Silver yarn is woven in, so it cannot flake, crack or rinse away
- Grid density is set at the loom, not by a coating thickness
- Cut panels are joined so the conductive path continues across seams
- Snap tabs are set into the conductive layer, not stitched onto the face
- Every finished unit is checked for continuity before packing
Same weave, different density
Both cloths are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 tested, GOTS organic cotton based, and built with the same 100 kΩ cord.

Certification
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 — harmful substance testing
The 80/20 cloth is tested against OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 criteria for harmful substances, covering the finished textile rather than a raw fibre declaration.
GOTS-certified organic cotton
The cotton component is certified organic under GOTS. Certificate available to your compliance team on request.
ISO 9001:2015 quality system
Our production is run under a certified quality management system, with documented in-line checks at fabric, seam and final stages.
Care instructions
Do
- Machine wash warm, 40 °C / 105 °F
- Use a liquid laundry detergent
- Line dry, or tumble on low up to 65 °C / 150 °F
- Iron on low heat if required
Don't
- No bleach or whitening / oxi detergents
- No fabric softener or dryer sheets
- No detergents with oils such as lavender or coconut
- No dry cleaning
Bleach, lotions and oils tarnish silver and reduce conductivity. Softener builds a film on the yarn. Wait an hour after applying lotion before contact.
Sample request
Hold the cloth before you commit to it.
We build a physical sample in your size, colour and plug standard — two working days from an agreed spec. Test the hand feel, the seam and the continuity, then decide. Minimum order is one piece and bulk runs in five working days.
